About this translation

Your designs never leave your computer
The catalogues you make, the product names, the prices and the images
you upload stay with you. We do not copy them to our server, we
cannot see them and we do not back them up. Your files live only in the
%LOCALAPPDATA%\KatalogPro folder on your own computer.
What information we collect

What the computer identifier is
It is an irreversible digest derived from motherboard, BIOS and system numbers. The make of your computer, its contents and your identity cannot be recovered from this digest; its only job is to stop your licence being used on another machine.
What the error signal sends
If the program cannot complete an operation, only the following is sent: the error code, which screen it happened on, its severity, the program version and your licence number. What you were doing, which product you were preparing and any text you typed are not sent.
The AI features
Image generation, product image search, slogans and video are sent to service providers abroad when you use them. If you never use these features, that data transfer never happens either.
Background removal and object removal run entirely on your own computer — with those two features no image leaves the machine.
Where it is kept
Licence and application records are kept on Cloudflare infrastructure. Because Cloudflare's servers are located abroad, this constitutes a transfer abroad; the consent box on the application form covers the explicit consent you give to that transfer.
Unprocessed applications are deleted automatically after at most 180 days. Error records are kept for at most 30 days.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information and do not share it with third parties.
- We do not use it for advertising, profiling or analytics.
- We do not see your designs, your products or your prices.
- We do not put advertising or tracking code inside the program.
This website
katalogpro.org uses no cookies and collects no personal data. The only thing running is a counter, not tied to any identity, that counts how many people visited the page and pressed the download button.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted (Turkish Data Protection Law, art. 11). On your request your application and your licence record are deleted.
One point deserves to be stated plainly: once your licence record is deleted the program will no longer start. A deletion request is at the same time an end to the right of use.
Children's privacy
Katalog Pro is a program for businesses; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above is renewed. If a change is significant, you are also notified from inside the program.
