1. What these terms cover

These terms govern the use of katalogpro.org and the information offered through it. Use of the program itself is governed by the Licence Agreement, and the processing of personal data by the Privacy Policy.

2. What the service is

Katalog Pro is a desktop program installed on Windows. It lets you prepare brochures, catalogues, product images and promo videos. The content you create is stored on your own computer.

3. Trial period and subscription

On first installation the program runs free for 30 days. To continue after that, a subscription is required. Subscriptions do not renew by themselves. Purchases are made inside the program; this website takes no payment and asks for no card details.

4. AI credits

Brochure, catalogue and PDF output is unlimited. AI generation of catalogues, sales images, logos, special-day cards and videos is limited by monthly credits, and a monthly maximum number of videos also applies. Credits renew each month, do not carry over, and a daily ceiling applies. Current credits and costs are published on the pricing page.

5. Ownership of your content

The brochures, images and videos you produce with the program belong to you. You may use them commercially without restriction. By uploading product photographs and logos you confirm that you hold the rights to them.

6. Trademarks and copyright

The sample pages published on this website use unbranded products because of trademark rights. Using the branded products in the program's product library in your own campaigns is your responsibility, and you must comply with the permissions of the trademark in question.

7. Unacceptable use

You may not use the program or the website to publish misleading price information, to infringe the rights of third parties, to produce unlawful content, or to damage systems. Copying, sharing or attempting to circumvent the licence results in cancellation of the subscription.

8. Continuity of service

The program needs an internet connection for licence verification and for AI generation. These services may be interrupted temporarily because of maintenance, an outage at an external service, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of liability

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you produce. Katalog Pro cannot be held liable for losses arising from errors in the prices, product names or campaign details you publish.
