End User Licence Agreement

The licence agreement is a contract, and the same text is shipped inside the program itself from a single source. To avoid two versions drifting apart and leaving it unclear which one applies, we publish only one binding text: the Turkish licence agreement. What follows is a summary in English for information only; it grants no rights and takes none away.
What the agreement covers
It is made between Katalog Pro (the provider) and you, the person or business installing and using the program. Installing the program means you accept it.
The licence
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the period you have paid for, on the computer the licence is issued to. You may not copy, share, rent out, decompile the program or attempt to circumvent the licence.
What you create is yours
The brochures, product images, videos and cards you produce with the program belong to you. You may use them commercially without restriction and owe the provider nothing for them.
Fee, term and right of withdrawal
The program runs free for 30 days on first installation; one trial is granted per computer. After that a subscription is required. Subscriptions do not renew by themselves. Purchases are made inside the program.
Updates
Updates are delivered through the program. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn; changes that materially affect use are announced in advance.
Warranty and limitation of liability
The program is provided "as is". You are responsible for the accuracy of the prices, product names and campaign details you publish. The provider is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or loss of data.
Personal data
The data processed and the reasons for it are set out in the Privacy Policy. Your designs and product data stay on your own computer.
Open-source components
The program contains open-source components; their licences are listed on the open-source licences screen inside the program. FFmpeg is included under the GPL.
Termination
The agreement ends when the subscription period expires or when the licence is cancelled because of a breach of these terms. Content already created stays on your computer.
Governing law
Turkish law applies. The courts and enforcement offices of the provider's place of business have jurisdiction.
